Terms and Conditions

1. General Information and Scope

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between Victoria Alenich ("Provider", "we", "us", "our") and the users ("User", "you", "your") of our online course "From Zero to Ads" ("Course").

1.2. These Terms apply exclusively. Any differing, conflicting, or supplementary terms and conditions of the User shall only become part of the contract if and insofar as we have expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

2. Course Content and Access

2.1. The Course consists of pre-recorded video lectures, PDF materials, and access to a Slack community (where applicable).

2.2. Upon successful payment, Users receive access to the Course for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

2.3. Access is limited to a maximum of two (2) devices per User account.

2.4. The Course materials are protected by copyright law. Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Sharing access credentials
  • Distributing, selling, or sharing course materials
  • Recording, copying, or reproducing course content
  • Making course materials available to third parties

2.5. Any violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of access rights and legal action under German law.

3. Registration and Payment

3.1. To access the Course, Users must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2. Payment is processed via Stripe. All prices are final and include applicable taxes.

3.3. Access to the Course will be granted only after successful payment confirmation.

4. User Obligations

4.1. Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
  • Ensuring their access details are not shared with third parties
  • Using the Course materials solely for personal educational purposes
  • Ensuring their technical requirements meet the minimum specifications for accessing the Course

4.2. Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, PDFs, presentations, and supplementary materials, are protected by intellectual property rights and belong exclusively to the Provider.

5.2. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Course materials constitutes a violation of these Terms and may be subject to legal action under German law.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Provider shall be liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, for damages based on intent or gross negligence, and for damages based on a breach of material contractual obligations.

6.2. For damages based on slight negligence, liability shall be limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.

7. Data Protection

7.1. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German data protection law.

7.2. Users' personal data will only be collected and processed to the extent necessary for the provision of the Course.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

8.2. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

8.3. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be Berlin, Germany, provided that the User is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
